We are pleased to provide all of our tenants a new service that allows monthly rental payments to be made online.

Now you can quickly and easily pay your rent by having it automatically debited from your checking or savings account each month. Just like so many other online bill-paying services, this eliminates the costs and hassles of writing checks, mailing checks, and finding a stamp! Plus, you will no longer have to worry about the chance of a late payment and you will continue to receive a monthly rent bill for your records.

Registering is easy. All you need to complete the Registration Form is just a few minutes, a copy of your monthly rent bill, and your bank information.

Once you register and are approved for this service, your rent payment will automatically be debited from the checking or savings account that you designate by electronic funds transfer, known as ACH (Automatic Clearing House).

The use of this new service is completely voluntary and free of charge. However, any automatic debit that does not go through due to insufficient funds, incorrect bank account information, or a closed account will be charged $25.00. You will be notified immediately via e-mail if this occurs.
